Have your PSU tested or test your system with a known good PSU. Either the motherboard or PSU likely needs to be replaced.

* Unplug rear power and press the front power switch several times.
* Reconnect the rear power. Reseat power connections to the motherboard.
* Ensure 20/24-pin power and 4/8-pin auxilliary power are firmly connected.

Is the motherboard LED on now?

YES, but still no power NO

Have your power supply unit tested or test your system with a known good PSU. Either the motherboard or PSU likely needs to be replaced.

Disconnect all external peripherals and test. Does the PC power on?

YES NO

Connect each peripheral one at a time to determine the culprit.

Remove RAM, test single module at a time. Does the PC power on?

YES NO

Test each module to find culprit, replace as necessary.

Disconnect HDDs and optical drives and test again. Does the PC power on?

YES NO

Test each drive to find culprit, replace as necessary.

It seems there may be a problem with the motherboard. You will need to have your system serviced.
