FAULT TYPE	MAX PIXELS*
Type 1: Always-on pixel, also called a bright, hot or stuck pixel.	3
Type 2: Always-off pixel, also called a dark or dead pixel.	5
Type 3: One or more pixels of either Type 1 or 2.	8
Type 4: Adjacent faulty pixels of either Type 1 or 2.	2
Type 5: Number of faulty pixels of any type in a 5 x 5 pixels square.	3
