How do I reset my Support Hub Password?
You may reset your password once you sign into your Support Hub account.
In the blue area near the top, log in using your email address and your current password. After you sign in, go to the My Profile tab and click. To the right of password check Update. Type the new password in twice. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Update Tab
Customers may request their password be sent to them via email:
- Request your password
- If you receive a message "no password associated with email address" please send an email to concierge@velocitymicro.com and our Concierge Desk will send you your account information.
