Description: (abridged)
• Provide Technical Support including in-bound/out-bound phone calls, emails, and on-bench repair of PC’s as assigned
• Create positive customer experience in all written and verbal communications with customers
• Regularly review knowledge base and remains up to date on industry information and product data provided by Velocity Micro
• Individual Contributor responsible for adhering to schedule created by Customer Care management

Accountabilities:
• Drive post sale consumer satisfaction and retention through inbound/outbound management of customer contacts
• Individual contributor to call center productivity, while maintaining and improving quality of service to customers
• Individual contributor to call center costs ensuring that RMAs, on-site techs dispatched, incoming machine requests, & consumerism are within company guidelines
• Continuously improve knowledge and skills through review of knowledge base and participating in team meetings, trainings, and reviewing Velocity Micro communications
• Meet departmental goals for managing inbound call/email volume, case management, QA, and customer service



Requirements:
• Completion of a minimum of 8 hours of Customer Service within first year position
• Advanced knowledge of computer related hardware, software & equipment including; RAID, wiring of power supplies, Windows OS knowledge & installation; PC gaming software.
• Must be available to work flexible work schedules including nights and weekends
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team based, customer service oriented environment
