How do I register the warranty on my Velocity Micro system?

Direct Purchases

For customers who purchased their system directly from Velocity Micro, do nothing further! Your system's warranty is already registered. Warranty registration is for customers who have purchased our products through resellers or websites other than www.VelocityMicro.com. Please do not use the link below as it is for these retail customers only.

Retail Purchases

For customers that have purchased their products from a certified reseller, users first need to Register for Support with Velocity Micro. Filling out this form will create a Support Hub account and begin the registration process.

You will be contacted to provide your Warranty Number & Receipt to complete the warranty registration of your system. Once registration is complete, login information will be sent to the registering email address and login access to the Support Hub account is activated.

Note: If you already have a Support Hub account having purchased a system in the past, and now want to register a new product purchase, simply email us through the Support Hub with your Six-Digit Number and a copy of your receipt, we'll do the rest.
