Terms & Conditions Agreement

To be an authorized affiliate of Velocity Micro, Inc., you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the Velocity Micro, Inc. service as an affiliate. By signing up for the Velocity Micro, Inc. affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.
Velocity Micro has the authority to terminate this agreement and any affiliate accounts at its sole discretion and without notice in the instance that Velocity Micro suspects a breach of this agreement.
1) Spam: Under no circumstances shall you use Velocity Micro's name, images, or copy to infringe upon the Federal spam law, the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. Velocity Micro reserves the right to collect, withhold, or cancel any commissions, as well as terminate any affiliate account that is suspected to have conflicted with this law.
2) Obscenity and/or Discrimination: By joining the Velocity Micro Affiliate Program, you agree not to display any sexually explicit, violent, offensive, or discriminatory content (based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age) on your website or in connection with Velocity Micro in any way. Velocity Micro reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time if Velocity Micro determines that any content on your website or in connection with Velocity Micro is obscene and/or discriminatory.
3) Tracking Tags: You shall at no point alter the code for banners, text ads, text links, or any other marketing tools provided by Velocity Micro. The tools provided to you are still considered assets of Velocity Micro, and codes contain information vital to the success of the program. Altering the code may prevent transactions generated by you to be properly attributed to you, resulting in a loss of commissions.
4) Copyright, Trademark, and Proprietary Rights: The content, organization, graphics, design, and other matters related to Velocity Micro's website are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights, including but not limited to intellectual property. Any copying, redistribution, or other infringement on Velocity Micro's copyrights, trademarks, and/or other proprietary rights, or that of any other third party while participating in Velocity Micro's Affiliate Program, will result in Velocity Micro taking the necessary action under the appropriate Federal law(s).
5) Privacy Policy: When participating in Velocity Micro's affiliate program, you agree to post a privacy policy to your visitors on your website regarding the collection of personal information.
6) Changes to this Agreement: In the event that Velocity Micro changes these Terms and Conditions, you will receive a notification via email. You are responsible for maintaining current contact information. Velocity Micro reserves the right to alter other content offered through the Affiliate Program (including but not limited to banners, text ads, and text links) without notice.
